Our primary target market is the Industrial and Commercial property nodes in the greater eThekwini Metropolitan Region, and we extend our services further afield in KZN. We also have national associations with Jones Lang Le Salle (JLL) in Johannesburg and Baker Street Properties in Cape Town, which allows us to offer services on a broader national scale.
Our team consisting of Directors and Principals Ian Lambie and Mike Spark, is responsible for commercial and industrial property needs, respectively. Our experienced broking team includes Brett Dickson, Clint Pretorius, Samantha Lockwood, Craig Osborne and Mark Tingle who work with Mine in the industrial sector. Phillip De Sylva and Lara Kruger work with Ian in the commercial sector.
Lara Kruger and Michelle Burton, two of our highly experienced employees, head the company’s property management, financial, and property practioners compliance department, with over 30 years of property management experience between them.
In 2024, Lambie Spark & Associates (Pty) Ltd, jointly owned by Ian Lambie and Mike Spark, celebrated 34 years of operating as one of Durban’s most established and successful property companies. Ian and Mike boast a combined 76 years of experience in the property industry. Our company has maintained an enduring expertise and level of professionalism that specializes in all facets of our divisions: Property Sourcing, Development, Broking, and Property Management.
